Is listing a defect in the consition section sufficient?
I listed a defect in the conditions section and in the photos. The buyer now is returning because he said I hardly mentioned it as it wasn't in the title and he didn't know it was defective. He said he shouldn't have to hunt for information. Am I at fault on this for listing the defect in the condition section only? I thought that is what that section was for and description was for describing what the item is. Help, I offered return and sent a label but can I deduct the return shipping cost on the refund?
