Is it worth it to make an offer to a seller who has no ratings?
I am interested in making a $300 offer on an item but the seller has no ratings. I don't want to have aggravation later. Should I make the offer?

OP2 years agoThank you for your response, but I am wondering if you would be concerned about it or am I just overly anxious. I realize people have to get a start somewhere but I don't want to go through a path or aggravation.
