You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request.
And 30 days from the date of delivery to file a return request for most items if the item is not a described the seller must take it back and refund you. The return time limit is only 3 days for trading cards and items sold as for parts or not working.
Always look at a sellers feedback page when shopping, not just the %. 97% positive might sound good but if the seller is high volume then then they can have a lot of negative feedback.

-Don't hesitate to contact Sellers with viable questions about an item you are interested in if you have questions about it ... if they respond great, if not find a different Seller.
