Is it right or fair for Ebay to remove poor feedback at the request of a seller?
Should Ebay offer to remove negative feedback at the request of the seller who received the feedback? Sellers have a huge advantage here over buyers. I think EBAY IS WRONG on this policy. If a seller treats a buyer badly, which happens too often on Ebay, the buyer has no recourse. Seems like Ebay only wants sellers to have good feedback or none at all.

Mentor8 months agoIf a seller requests that feedback be removed because it violates ebay policy, and ebay agrees, they will remove the feedback. If they do not agree, the feedback remains.
