Is it possible to leave negative feedback after a return has finalized?

I sold an item that got returned in working condition.  But during the return process, the buyer was incredibly impatient, sent me 8 messages, 5 in one day, and threatening to call eBay, have AmEx dispute the charges and even call the cops on me.  Since the transaction is closed, I can't access the standard "Positive, Neutral, Negative" feedback submission.  I only have the option of leaving general feedback on his profile.  Is there a way to still leave negative feedback?

Sellers havenâ€™t been able to leave buyers negative or neutral feedback since 2008.

You are only allowed to leave a positive feedback with a positive comment OR no feedback at all. Leaving no feedback would seem to be the better choice with this buyer.
