Is it possible to find background on a potential buyer? I have a person harassing me
Potential buyer asked me to lower shipping fee. I did it was $86. I lowered it to $24. There was an error in items weight. He offered $125. for my $210 bowl. I declined. He offered $144. I declined. He said he could only afford $200.00 including ship and price of item. I suggested he offer $176. I'd accept. With that price and $24 shipping fee he'd come under his budget of $200. He did t want to do that. He's insisting the ad says $56. for shipping. I requested a screenshot of that price. I I turn sent him 2 screenshots with my ad saying $26. He will not remit a photo. I asked why? I think he's playing me. I've helped by lowering fee, I've sent eBay 2 messages re: this problem. One at 4 am because my phone woke me up with the notification of eBay's ding, and now. It is currently 2:30 pm. EST. He's messaged me several times to get in touch with you, eBay, but refuses to send screenshots. I'm about to block him. I'm doing everything in my power to make him happy but he will not reciprocate. Please, someone help?????

If this is the Murano bowl you have calculated shipping (which is good!)
But that means different buyer will see different prices.
If you ship to California, the shipping is $78. I used a zip code of 90210 for this:
So I suspect he does see $56 shipping.
You don't have to sell it to him for $200 including shipping it you do not want to, but I believe he's being truthful.
Just be 100% sure you have the correct weight and dimensions for your packed item.
