Is it possible to find and reactivate an old account?
I was a seller a few years ago...over 10? I no longer have access to that email address. Is there a way to reactivate that account or should I just start over?

If you have not signed in in over two years, most likely the account has been closed to prevent it from being hijacked and used for scams.
You might as well try signing in and see if you actually can.
