Is it possible to change shipping options AFTER the buyer has paid?

Buyer paid, snafu in shipping listed on the auction which I didn't notice.
Can I change shipping options and refund the buyer

You can upgrade the shipping if the buyer is agreeable. If you decide to cancel the transaction, be sure to select an accurate reason for doing so.
