is it ok as a seller to wait for buyer to give feedback we reciprocate.
The delivery went well. Buyer asked if we could expediate the delivery which we did out of our own money. Transaction went smoothly. Monies are in our seller account. waiting on her feedback. Getting notices from ebay to leave buyer feedback. What to do?

You are more likely to receive feedback if you leave it for the buyer first. That said, feedback is optional ... and everyone gets to decide when and if to leave it.

I never wait for the buyer to leave feedback first. I leave it for buyers as soon as I ship. The only feedback you can leave a buyer is positive, so it's mostly a way to thank the buyer again for his business.
If you leave feedback first, it's more likely the buyer will leave you some. If you wait, you will earn less feedback.
