Is it now impossible to get a live person to talk with?? They have installed every possible roadbloc
Ebay has installed every possible roadblock to prevent you from ever getting to speak with an agent or representative. How downright nasty!!! Have dealt with you people for many years and you have gone to
this disgusting situation. FOR SHAME!!!

You have asked the same question several times before, and gotten answers each time.
@leenoga
You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link:

OP2 years agoI tried every method that were mentioned and any other I could possibly try AND NOTHING WORKED!!! It should not be that difficult to reach a live person. This has become unfortunately a universal trend not just Ebay but they are one of the worst!!! Every entity is just plain GREEDY, and will not spend a nickle or dime to hire a person to answer the phone. VERY SHAMEFUL!!!! They try with computer answering to obtain an exact answer of why you want to contact. All to discourage calls and they are successful at it. But is this good policy? I personally think it is the worst, and even if they have previously had a good reputation, it will go downhill fast and perhaps another company who thinks more of service will someday overtake them.

Mentor2 years agoWhen I use the link at the bottom of my previous reply, I see a one minute call back time option.
Did you try requesting a call back between 8AM and 9:30PM Pacific Time using a non-VOIP North American phone number? If so, what happened?
