Is it me or has being an eBay seller become a challenge?
Buyers can leave a negative feedback. Sellers cannot leave a negative for a buyer. All buyer are not good buyers.
eBay lets buyers return anything for any made up reason and the charges the seller for shipping.
I refunded a buyer 100% of their money because they weren’t happy, but eBay still lets them leave me negative feedback.
now eBay is charging me 20% on sales AND shipping. Buyers complain about shipping costs, but eBay charges sellers a fee on shipping costs?
I’ve been a seller since 2013, 2500 items sold and 99.5% positive, but eBay says I’m below standard.
whats going on at eBay?
