Is it legal for eBay seller to sell online ebook links to download? Isn’t this how virus spread?
A eBay seller is pretending to deliver a product with shipping / tracking information to check status by dates but there’s nothing delivered.
It gives the buyer an untrustworthy link to be copied and used on a buyer’s computer!
Has anyone experienced this?
