Is it Just me?
So I have been a seller on ebay for a few years now, but dont sell a whole lot, maybe 4-6 things a year. But I have never had negative feedback, my items are always as described, and have never had any returns. So all this adds up, in my head, as a great seller. Correct? So please tell me why is it that EVERY SINGLE time I sell something, ebay holds my money for 2 weeks minimum? I truly mean EVERY SINGLE TIME! It is very frustrating, to say the least, and feel as if I am being mad an example of. I called about it last night in fact, ready to simply refund my buyer, and take my buissness elsewhere, and I was told, "it is a common thing they do", that "they do it with everyone" both of which are untrue statements. If those where true statements, then why do they boast about "payments on demand" and "getting paid when it matters the most"? Doesn't really add up, so I asked to speak to a supervisor, and guess what? Yep...they dont have any supervisors that I can talk to. Discrimination??? Kinda feels that way.
inceptions
Mentor2 years agoI have good news for you! You are not a victim, you are not being singled out, you are not being discriminated against. ALL new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds.
