Is it even possible to contact eBay via email anymore?

I've been going around and around with a seller since the end of July and haven't gotten anywhere with the seller. It's way past the 30 day return window and I'm at wits end. I purchased a "new" item from this seller, and what they sent was a "used" item. They keep telling me that they would take care of it, but they haven't. I have the messages as proof concerning this. All I ever wanted was a new replacement or my money back. I don't know what to do...

There is nothing that Ebay can do for you since it is beyond the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

You needed to file a Return Request within 30 days of delivery. Never let a seller stall you beyond that.
