IS EBAY IS ALLOWING SCAMMERS TO THRIVE, YES **bleep**!
I Made A Purchase on ebay 7-10-25 at that time ebay said the purchase was insured and I also Bought Extra allstate coverage. The Problem is the pakage never arrived. I was sent a tracking number from this company YW TRACKINGtrack.yw56.com.cn and then silence. After the package now late i asked ebay and ebay said taffif issues? and to wait after 8-6-25 and they would step in. Then i got another ytraking number this time from USPS 9400150206217175557519 Yes this is a real tracking But the Problem is this tracking # is addressed to another address not mine Yes thats right as long as the scammer provides a tracking # ebay is on thier side so what does the EBAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE mean? TO me So far Nothing my case was closed and all they have to do is call the post office and find out that everthing is wrong with this tracking # 9400150206217175557519
1. wrong address. I provided ebay with correct address seller did not
2. Wrong weight the item is 2lbs the one they sent to the wrong address is only 9.9oz
This is how i got scammed and I need My money back a.s.a.p. Beware This is happening to Innocent people

I'm sorry that happened.
1) First, call the post office to see if the tracking number label contained your name and your address.
a) If your name and correct address were on the label, ask USPS to review the GPS on the delivery, retrieve the item from the wrong house, and deliver it to you.
b) If your name and address weren't on that label, ask the Post Office if they will put this in writing. Also, ask for the weight of the package using that tracking number. Follow the rest of the steps here:
2) Then, report the seller using this process

Important, select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"
then "Other"
Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
3) Finally, contact Customer Service and inform them that the seller uploaded a "false tracking number" on your purchase. Request a refund.
Use the Customer Service that is on social media this way:

Just sent a private message to the page. Explain you have a fake or false tracking number situation.
Let me know how this goes, I've been burned a few times myself (including on Amazon), but I have been able to get a refund following this process.
