IS EBAY BECOMING A PLACE FOR SCAMMERS

HOW DO I REPORT A TRUST AND SAFETY ISSUE TO EBAY! I am getting nowhere with "Contact Us" Seller is mailing out trash cards and not what peiople order. Seller just did this to me. Ebay is siding with the seller who clearly has done this befolre?!?!?!?!?!?!~ Seems like Ebay is becoming a place for scams or is part of the scam. HOW DO I GET SOMEONE TO SPEAK WITH ME OR TO CALL ME?!?! Or, is there a number I can call?!?!

If you receive something that is not as described, you have the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to help. You can file a Return Request:

· Wthin 3 days of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “Doesn't match description“. Attach a photo.

· IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.

· If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

I THOUGHT WE HAD TRUST AND SAFETY TO MONITOR THESE THINGS but ebay is now siding with the scammers to keep money and sell what wasn't ordered. SMH! I would like someone to call me from ebay to discuss this. CAN'T GET ANYWHERE WITH THE CONTACT US. (Im so frustrated)
