Is customer support down right now
I click Contact Us, get the chat window and never got a call back from eBay despite 2m wait time only. Now the chat says this,
"Sorry, we're having technical difficulties. If you try again, I should be able to help you, or you can search online help - online help."

OP1 week agoThe issue I'm also having is a buyer returned an item with his own label, so I never saw what tracking number he used. eBay says it's delivered, but I do not have the item (PO Box return address, easy address, he clearly used a different address is may be fraudulent).
