Is "Contact Customer" out of order today 3/15/23 or is Ebay changing it???
I sent notices to my customers when I sell something letting them know the item is on its way and provide the tracking # as well as a thank you note, I've have not been able to use the "contact cutomer" feature to do this, the message is "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later."
Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks
