Is anyone familiar with the 'SpeedPAK Shipping Mandate Policy'?
I just received an email from ebay:
"After evaluating your recent transactions, the performance of your account does not meet the requirement of SpeedPAK Shipping Mandate Policy. The selling limit of your account will be reduced. Please visit Seller Dashboard to check your account status."
The selling limit was reduced to no more than I already have listed, which is frustrating because I was aiming for an upgrade as the initial limit is too small to operate effectively.
I completed the entire ebay Academy for on-boarding new sellers and the word 'SpeedPAK' is mentioned 0 times. Searching through Google I can find some mention of this for Sri Lankan sellers(?!?) on other forums, but nothing is coming up on Ebay.com or my terms and conditions.
I am an American and registered on Ebay.com, but I live in Thailand. I completed all necessary KYC with Pioneer to receive payments as someone who lives in Thailand. Most of what I want to sell will ship from Thailand, some goods ship from my 3PL located in New Jersey, and because of my several e-commerce businesses, I have a 3PL in China where I also keep my own stock of goods that I'm testing for product/market fit.
I've been selling on ebay for a month and maintained "Above Standard" seller level and have received all positive feedback. All goods are physical and I upload tracking numbers, and then drop items at the shipper immediately.
So what gives? Where can I find the mysterious 'SpeedPAK Shipping Mandate Policy' and how could I follow this mandate that isn't mentioned on https://www.ebay.com/help/ or in my terms & conditions.
Any insight on what to do to follow this policy would be awesome, thank you.
