Is anyone else having problems with the cost to customers of shipping.

I have everything set at Ground advantage but it is still charging me the same amount but charging my customer much much more. $8 for a tshirt. As you can see here I had to refund around $4 for overcharged shipping. How many sales am I losing here? ebay example.JPG

If you have the Irregular Package checkbox enabled on your listings, it will result in a $4 upcharge. You can edit your listings to uncheck that option if your packages are not an irregular shape.
