Cancelled a purchase and have spent hours, since last week, trying to get a live call back from eBay, because the seller has not responded. Bay has prompted a "Have us call you" in 1 or 2 min. five or six times and never called and the first two times had the nerve to say they tried and couldn't reach me, with no record of making or my receiving their call.
