Is anyone else experiencing incomplete labels upon printing? mine are getting "cut off" at front

I've experienced an issue with labels being cut off when printed. This makes them unscannable at post office. i have tried reversing /flipping image , resetting my printer parameters, and borrowed a friends printer. they all turn out the same, leading me to believe its an issue at EBAY level. has happened since Friday evening.

Are you printing your labels on a regular printer, using 8-1/2 x 11 paper and printing 2 labels per sheet, or a thermal paper that prints on 4 x 6 labels? If a regular printer, have you adjusted the margins for something printed earlier in another program?

Is your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader?

Does the label preview window look correct?

Just above the preview window is the page size stated correct?

Come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using. A screenshot of the entire label preview will also help.
