Is another reserve price charged if I relist?
I had an auction with a reserve price.
I was charged a reserve fee.
The auction did not meet the reserve.
If I relist the auction, am I charged another reserve fee?

Yes, you are charged the reserve fee weather or not the auction sells and each time the item is relisted.

OP1 year agothey Re-listed it in less than two hours after it had ended. so I closed the auction stating error in listing price or reserve price

Since it was relisted you were charged the reserve fee.
You can try contacting customer service and see if they will give you a courtesy refund because you did not realize you would be charged. Worth a try, may or may not work.
To avoid reserve fees start the auction at the lowest price you are willing to sell the item for. Research what the item currently sells for, by checking sold listing for your item, that way you will know if your price will work.
