Is an eBay store worth it if your sales are stuck in neutral?
Summary: heath-heather asks whether maintaining an eBay store is worthwhile when sales seem stagnant. The discussion contains no responses.
Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice from fellow sellers who might have been in my shoes.
Right now, I have about 240 listings and I'm deliberately keeping it under 250 to avoid insertion fees. I don't sell a lot on here, most of my inventory moves faster on other platforms. I have a lot more inventory I'd like to list, but haven't.
I really want to get my sales moving on here, but I'm feeling a bit stuck. For those of you who made the jump, when is it actually worth it to start paying monthly for a store? Is it worth doing it now to see if it boosts momentum, or should I wait until I'm actually making consistent sales first?
I'd love to hear your thoughts, or any tips on how you broke through a sales slump here. Thank you in advance!
I've had this account for 25 years, I don't know if that is affecting the algorithm.
