Irrisponsiblity of Ebay

Question

I am unable to list itmes and i contacted to customer care executive through chat and they said that my executive will call you withing 3 days and your problem will solve asap...

but till now no one contacted me ... this is not the first time i have chat many times and same thing happened all the times....

i want to take suggesstion from the people who is conected with ebay that should i wait or leave this platform... ?????/

no one is helping for selling listing and all these stuffs..
