iPhone case

Question

I ordered an iPhone case and it was defective also wrong one. They ask me to ship it back I did. I even sent them the tracking number!

I get a message they made a case out of it

then it was Dr to give me another case or money back.

I thought eBay was a great place to buy.

i also bought some NuSkin. It was shipped on Feb 23rd it is now March 8th.

I wonder if I’ll receive that NuSkin?

Regarding the phone case, did you file a return request through Ebay before shipping it back? If you did file the request, were you able to ask Ebay to step in to help you if the seller did not cooperate?

Regarding the NuSkin, go to your Purchase History and check the order details for the latest estimated date of delivery. When that date has passed by at least one day, you can file a Refund Request due to item not received.
