I went to the Verizon Store and discovered the phone was locked and had to pay a $30 fee at the Apple Store to get unlocked. Then Verizon inspected and confirmed it is carrier locked to a service other than Verizon. Apparently this seller does not give returns, but this phone is not a Verizon phone as was indicated. Now how do I get my money back? I would like a refund of my purchase amount plus the $30 fee that I had to pay to get it unlocked from Apple. I discover it was carrier locked and I have no idea which carrier and this would probably cost a fee too. What can I do?
