Ipad Return
 
Hello.
Few weeks ago, a received an Ipad that I bought and in the description says it was “OPEN BOX ITEM†but when I received the Ipad at the moment that I turned on the Ipad started to have some screen issues, the screen was turned in diferent colors and in the end it turns completely magenta all the screen, I contacted the seller and they send me an adress so I can send it back, I did it and send via message the tracking, when the Ipad arrived they send me pictures that the Ipad was smashed they said the screen was broke and I did not send it like that. Days after they said that they were spoken with Ebay customer services and they said to me that I can’t received and refound and nothing, so I am actually without an Ipad neither refound, It looks to me they want to take advantage of the situation because I found unbelievable that I actually lost my money for received and faulty Ipad.
