    Invoking my money back guarantee rights
                     
             

    I have been trying for weeks to invoke this right after a courier did not deliver my parcel, despite claiming they did.  I have jumped through all the hoops and obstacles Ebay requested me to  - twice!  I cannot get any information that makes any sense and I have not been successful in invoking the money back guarantee process.
