Invoicing for shipping when an item was returned to seller because the address was incorrect.

I received an item that I sold back in May because the buyers address was incorrect and the item couldn't be forwarded. The customer still wants the item how do I invoice the customer for the new shipping label?

You can ask the buyer for his/her Paypal email address, as well as the correct SHIP TO address and use your Paypal account to send a MONEY REQUEST for the additional shipping cost. Then use Paypal to print the shipping label.
