Invoices
In emailing with a buyer through Ebay channels, buyer picked four items to buy and I agreed to lower price for all four. I then told buyer to commit to buying and ask me for an invoice. When I filled out the invoice, there was no place to give her a discount except on shipping and she was going to pick up locally, so no charge on shipping. I'm not sure how to give her the discount we agreed upon. Help anyone?
