Invoice request
I had my phone stolen which was purchased from Loop Mobile on eBay in November 2022. For insurance to pay out they need an invoice. I have requested it from the seller (Loop Mobile) but they tell me that they can’t get invoices over a year old. Surely they should keep invoices for longer than a year. Very stressed about this at the moment. Thanks for anyone who can shed some light on this.
