Invoice probs
I recently sold something for $4000.00, the buyer asked for a discount, so I said sure, but when I try to revise a invoice it will not let me enter a discount, unless it's less than what the shipping cost is, can someone plz help me here I'm soooo frustrated RN I just want to scream! Thanks guys!

After the buyer has placed their order, the price of the item cannot be changed.
After they pay you can issue a partial refund.
I don't see that you have sold anything for $4,000.

OP2 years agoI just sold a camera for 4000 waiting for the buyer to pay... Thank you for helping me, that about says everything I needed to know! You can see what I sold?
