invoice not received
Seller is not giving me and invoice for Montblanc pen and the certificate was not stamped. Service center refuse to service my pen. I have repeatedly asked the seller for invoice, but the seller is not sending it. What Can I do?

-eBay works differently than some venues. If you purchased the Pen via a Buy it now listing no invoice is generated, you should have record of paying for the pen in your Purchase history. You can print the order details out, I would assume that would suffice but I don't know how Montblanc works ... are they supposed to have a lifetime warranty or something?

-If you won it auction style Sellers have the option to send an invoice for payment although eBay does that automatically ... if Seller send one they have the option to receive a copy sent to them via their account email address. I sell a lot Auction style but seldom generate an invoice from my end and once the item is paid for there is NO choice to send an invoice.
