Invoice merchandise discount
Hi folks,
If a customer asks for an invoice as I agreed to discount the merchandise, how do I do this? I was able to discount the shipping but not the actual merchandise. Thank you!

Mentor9 months agoYou cannot discount the price of the item. If you both have come to an agreement, you can offer them a partial refund after they have paid.
