Invoice from fedex after purchasing a book with free shipping?!
HI- I purchased a book that was supposedly coming from Florida. The book arrived in great condition. However, I just received an invoice from Fedex saying I owe $18.01 for the book--it appears for a duty tax?? on educational materials being shipped from India. #1 It was supposed to be coming from the U.S. #2 it was supposed to have free shipping. Am I responsible for paying the invoice to FEDEX? What am I supposed to do in this situation?
