Invoice Combined Shipping Issue
I recently sold a few items to the same buyer and though I have been able to combine shipping for the last few sales, this one is not coming through on their end. I am receiving an Email with the correct information but when I go to check the invoice it put the original shipping costs in instead of the updated cost. Is there a way to fix this?

Mentor2 years ago@natkalt-79 One way to handle this is to have the buyer pay and then issue a partial refund. A partial refund can be issued from the drop down menu next to the sold item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
The other option is to cancel the sales as problem with buyers address and relist with the appropriate reduced price shipping as a flat rate. Let the buyer know that you are doing this before you cancel.
