Hello eBay Community,
I need help with a case that was recently closed without resolving my actual issue.
My order (Number: 04-13651-50083) for a "K&N Intake RK-3933" was indeed delivered to my US address, and I do not dispute that. The case was closed for this reason.
However, my problem was never about non-delivery. I opened the case because the seller is not providing the item's invoice, which is a critical document I need for international shipping. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times but received no response.
Since the case is now closed, I cannot reopen it or contact the seller through the original dispute. Has anyone experienced this? How can I get eBay's help to contact the seller or obtain this necessary document?
