Inventory update blocked by returns policy error on old listings
Hello everyone, I’m having an issue when trying to increase the inventory on my listings.
When I attempt to adjust the stock quantity, eBay shows a returns policy error, and I’m not sure what action is required to resolve it.
I’d like to clarify that these listings are many years old (almost 10 years) and I haven’t made any recent changes to them. I have always been able to adjust inventory without any problems. However, as of today, I’m no longer able to update the stock. I didn’t modify anything else; it simply won’t allow inventory changes and displays this returns policy-related error.
Has anyone experienced something similar recently or knows what settings need to be reviewed to fix this?
