Inventory selling ratio for the first ever 90 days of my Ebay store and store niche
Hello, I have 2 quick questions.
Today marks day 90 of my eBay store. I want to make sure that I am on the right track and the numbers looks promising.
- Started on November 15, 2023
- I currently stand at 344 active listing
- Already sold 95
- Above Standard seller
- 37 Feedback with 97.7% positive (one client had an issue, and resolved it, he commented on his feedback but did not change his review. After several messages, he ghosted me)
Do these numbers look good, bad, or promising?
My other question; My store sells random stuff, some games, electronics, collectibles, valuable Chinese and Japanese products, low, mid and high ticket items.
Would it be a wiser move to create a collectible niche store for the high end products, or I should work on creating clear, own categories in my current shop?
I feel like a $600 item should be branded differently than a $12 remote control.
I really like to hear some advises.
Thank you in advance.

Mentor2 years agoYes, you seem to be on the right track. You have 356 active listings. You get 250 free listings per month, so you may want to think about upgrading to a Basic store to save money on listing fees.

As for a separate account for higher priced collectibles, that sounds like a good idea. You will need to have a separate email address and register a new account. I suggest getting some feedback because buyers don't usually buy high priced items from 0 feedback sellers.
