INVENTORY ISSUES
I am continually getting orders from customers for products that I have already sold and shipped. It seems as though EBAY is adding the purchased item to my inventory not from my inventory. This has just started to happen the last 3 to 4 weeks. I am doing a physical inventory and I have loads of items listed that have already been sold. Can anyone explain to me what is happening? Mentor6 days agoAll ended listings (whether sold or ended) end up in inactive. If you don't notice, you will relist the sold ones.
