Invalid of account
I created an account long long time ago with transactions but I didn't used the same account for many years for some reason. Now this account unable to login and said it's invalid account. How can reactivate this account? Thanks.

You can't reactivate an account that has been cancelled, not if you mean get the history and feedback and stuff reinstated. If you just like the name, you might be able to create a new account with the same name. It wouldn't hurt to try ... what's the worst that could happen?

Mentor2 years agoWas your previous account also created when you lived in Hong Kong? This is ebay.com, the USA site. If you were registered on ebay Hong Kong, that is where you need to be in order to log into that account. Now, ebay.com removed many dormant accounts years ago, and if that is what ebay Hong Kong did as well, and you used the correct user ID and password, then that user ID is no long valid.

OP2 years agoThanks. I created the previous account in US site and I was living in Hong Kong at that time.
