Invalid Address
Buyer had an invalid address when they purchased my item. Shipping label has 'Invalid Address' error. Buyer corrected address on their end, but Shipping Label is still 'invalid'.

Cancel the transaction and use the reason, "Problem with address" and then Relist it. Message the Buyer and let them know they can purchase the item again now that they have updated their address. You can include the new eBay Item number on the listing in the message so they can copy and paste it in the eBay Search window and go right to the new listing.
