Try signing out of your eBay account and then signing back in.

OP1 year agoHi ...Thank you. I do NOT sign in on my cell phone ...it just automatically
goes into "my ebay" so now I can't do anything on my phone because of that

If you are using the eBay app, try explicitly signing out and then signing back in.
Go to the My eBay icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll down to Settings and select that and you should see an option to sign out of the app. Then sign back in with your username and password.
