International vs not
The seller confirms the listing has the international shipping feature, but when I go to my cart, it tells me to change addresses or to tell seller to change shipping options. What can I do? I only have one address!

Mentor8 months ago@gryphon_king Sellers often think that just because they are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program that ALL items will ship, this is not correct.
Not all items can ship to all locations due to country specific import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay International Shipping Program.
On RARE occasions an item is falsely blocked due to a keyword and rewording the title/ listing lets it ship.
If you share the item number or link to the listing I can take a look

Mentor8 months ago@gryphon_king That's a cool scabbard! Unfortunately the listing does not have ANY international shipping.
A buyer doesn't opt in to the EIS program.
The eBay International Shipping Program has blocked the listing for some reason.
The seller could try revising the listing and taking out the word Sword in the title and description since it is just the scabbard if I am not mistaken.
Have the seller check the package dimensions too. These are the EIS restrictions>
