International USPS ground envelope option $`15 not showing up now that buyer has paid for the item.
I have an order to ship to Italy that when I looked on Ebay for the international shipping options for that item included a USPS flat rate envelope for under 1 lb shipping for $15. Now that the buyer has paid and I am trying to ship the item my choices for services do not include that option and range from $28 and up.
How can I opt for this? I am signed up for Ebay International Shipping already.
