International tax and duties
I have a question regarding the process for charging international shipping and duties. The bidder on my item is in Mexico. I listed a U.S. shipping charge of $13.99 and the bidding ends in 3 days. There is a sentence in my item description that says "The listed shipping charge is for U.S. addresses only, not international". If this bidder from Mexico wins the auction, what is the process for charging $66+ shipping and $40+ duties? Thank you.
