International shopping
I am a relatively new seller (90 days). I list from my phone but I can't figure out how to sell internationally. There is no option. A woman from Japan wants to bid on something but says she can't. Don't want to lose a sale. Anyone know what I can do?

Mentor3 years agoI only list from a computer, so not sure if these steps will work for you.
Go to https://commspreferences.ebay.com/commsprefs
Select Shipping preferences, and add ebay's International Shipping. I think there is an option to update all active listings.
