International shipping using the global shipping program.

Question

Iâ€™ve had an issue for over a year now unresolved. For some reason, all of my listings will not ship globally using the global shipping program to the United Kingdom. Iâ€™ve called Ebay a few times on the issue to no resolve.
If you have had this issue, do you know or remember how you fixed it?

below is the message my customer is getting.

Unfortunately, this seller won't send this item to United Kingdom.

This is not an eBay issue, it is a UK import issue.

They have quite strict laws as to labelling of imported items. If the item doesn't meet these requirements, it is blocked from the eBay International Shipping (eIS)
