international shipping using global us hub

i have a guy in france that wants to purchase eBay item number 326632964131, it shows it would ship international through global us hub but it wont let him. i said perhaps france is restricted from this? he said he has never had issues before. any ideas?

@partsandmore7 This LOT OF 30 Ford Mustang Sales Brochures only has shipping to the US. I checked your other brochure listings and they all only have US shipping.

It is probably because the EIS excludes motor parts and it's listed in the parts category.

Try revising the listing and changing the category to this>>>

Collectibles>Advertising>Automobiles>American>Ford

OR THIS>

Collectibles>Transportation>Automobilia>Brochures & Catalogs>Other Vintage Auto Brochures

In addition to what @comics-scifi-collectibles suggested changing, I have on a few occasions noticed items that include the phrase â€œLot ofâ€ being excluded from the EIS program. It would be worth editing your title to remove that phrase to see if that fixes the issue.
